A leading engineering support firm is seeking a Field Engineer to assist service and sales teams in the Midwest. This role involves troubleshooting equipment issues in the field, working closely with various teams, and requires technical expertise in HVAC and electrical systems. Qualifications

• 0-10 years experience.
• 2 or 4-year technical degree in electrical, electronics or mechanically oriented curriculum.
• Hands On, Technical Internship/co-op Experience is preferred.
• Must enjoy hands-on product exposure.
• HVAC and/or electrical experience strongly preferred.
• Multi-tasking, problem solving and strong communication skills a must.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues with existing and newly installed equipment in the field.
• Work closely with engineering, service, and sales teams to find best outcomes.
• On site for startups on all high-profile jobs for National Accounts.
• Analyze data from installed equipment for product improvements.
• Review applications for customers and suggest improvements.
• Perform training for outside contractors on products.
• Provide reports on customer feedback and product improvements.
