Carrier's Automated Logic team in Wisconsin is hiring an Associate Field Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems on-site. You will document project progress and work with teammates to keep field operations running smoothly.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel and self-directed learning are expected as you grow your expertise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or related field preferred.
• 3 years HVAC controls experience; basic BAS integration and TCP/IP networking understanding.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate status to team and customers.
