Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer Helper to support field crews by creating and collecting layout points from contract documents for precise field layouts such as ducts, pipes, conduits, elevations, sleeves, walls and hangers.

You will learn to operate Trimble equipment while collaborating with Layout Technicians and the VDC team. Ideal candidates have a background in survey work or are licensed surveyors seeking growth.

Qualifications

• Requires field environment work and ability to assist layout of duct, pipe, conduits, elevations and hangers.
• Must be able to learn Trimble software and hardware.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Working in a field environment.
• Assisting field crews and customers with layout.
• Ability to use Trimble software and hardware.
• Maintaining equipment on a daily basis and staying current with calibration.
