GrayWolf seeks a Field Engineer in Hallsville, TX to support heavy industrial projects. This role interacts with owners, engineers, field supervision and suppliers to plan work and resolve field issues, and it is a full-time on-site position.

The position is designed as a development role with a defined career path toward becoming a Project Manager, offering growth through project coordination, scheduling, and cost control responsibilities.

Qualificações

• BS degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Construction Management or 5+ years of industrial construction experience.
• Experience with scheduling, cost tracking, RFIs, take-offs, and estimating is key.
• NCCER Certifications and OSHA 10/30 are preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with owners, engineers, and estimators to prepare or validate project estimates and scopes.
• Provide oversight of field activities to ensure installations meet contract documents and budgets.
• Coordinate construction activities with owners, engineers, and other contractors.
• Monitor productivity and verify earned value for progress payments and claims.
• Update project schedules and generate status reports.
• Serve as front-line technical liaison for owners and engineers.
