Job summary

GrayWolf Integrated Construction Company is seeking a Field Engineer for on-site work in Hallsville, TX to support heavy industrial projects. You will interact with owners, engineers, field supervision and suppliers to plan work and resolve field issues, ensuring installations meet contract documents and quality standards.

This development role offers a defined career path toward a Project Manager, with 2+ years of construction experience (or 5+ in industrial settings) and ability to coordinate

Qualifications

BS in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
2+ years of multidisciplinary construction experience (industrial preferred).
OSHA 10/30 preferred; NCCER certifications optional.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, or validate estimates, scopes, and contracts with stakeholders.
Provide oversight of field activities to meet contract documents and budgets.
Coordinate construction activities with owners, engineers, and OEMs.
Monitor productivity and track progress payments; manage change orders.
Update project schedules and generate status reports.
Serve as frontline technical liaison for owner and engineers.
Provide technical analysis and recommendations to site supervision.
