Job summary

Webber, part of Ferrovial Construction, is seeking a Field Engineer to bridge the site and office operations on Texas projects. You will support the Project Engineer and Superintendent, track production, plan activities, and manage field data while spending the majority of your time in the field.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, are proficient with MS Office, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or something similar
• Moderate to high level of proficiency operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications
• Valid driver license for occasional, required travel

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with all project staff to ensure that work plans are tracked and analyzed to maximize efficiency in the field operations
• Developing, maintaining, and reporting the daily quantities installed and performed
• Analyzing and comparing budgeted vs actual production rates and yield in materials
• Assisting in ensuring that field work is being constructed within project standards and specifications
