Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Field Engineer to join our fast-growing team in the United States. You will act as the liaison between field operations and the office, supporting the Project Engineer and Superintendent.

This role emphasizes production tracking, planning, communication, and data management on site 75–90% of the time. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to ensure work meets standards, analyze quantities installed, compare budgeted vs actual production, and contribute

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license for travel.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between field operations and the office, supporting the Project Engineer and Project Superintendent.
• Track production, plan operations, and report project data.
• Analyze quantities installed and compare budgeted vs actual production.
• Ensure field work meets project standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with project staff to maximize field efficiency.
