Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a dynamic Field Engineer to join our construction team. Based in Savannah, GA, you will support project engineers, track production, and help ensure field operations meet project standards.

The role is field-heavy (75–90%), offering a competitive base salary with bonus potential, a company vehicle, and growth across a national network. Strong MS Office skills, civil/construct background, and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver's license for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze work plans to maximize field efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and report daily quantities installed.
• Analyze budgeted vs. actual production rates and material usage.
• Ensure field work complies with project standards and specs.
