The candidate will engage in budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with owners and clients, with field time 20–30%. A degree in civil engineering or related fields is required along with 3+ years of experience.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar degree.
  • 3+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
  • Moderate to high level of proficiency operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, and Primavera 6.

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring, organizing, reviewing and distributing project submittals & RFIs.
  • Creating and maintaining all required Project Logs and takeoffs.
  • Communicating with the owner and client representatives.
  • Maintaining project budgets and complete required cost reports.
  • Scheduling self–perform, subcontractor work and supplier material deliveries.
  • Reading and interpreting documents such as project plans and specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
