Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Field Engineer to serve as the liaison between the construction site and the office. You will support the Project Engineer and Superintendent, track production, plan operations, and manage project data in a predominantly field-based role.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and is proficient in MS Office applications, with a valid driver license for travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Valid driver license for travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project staff to ensure work plans are tracked and analyzed to maximize field efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and report daily quantities installed and performed.
• Analyze budgeted vs actual production rates and material yield.
• Assist in ensuring field work meets project standards and specifications.
