Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Mid Level Field Engineer to join our Northwest District. You will be a on-site leader in health and safety, assist in contract administration, planning, scheduling, and reporting under the guidance of Project Engineers or Managers.

Responsibilities include interpretation of drawings, field surveying support, data collection for daily reports, and coordination of material deliveries. Travel and relocation are required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction field experience.
• Undergraduate degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Ability to read and analyze engineering plans and contracts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field engineering tasks and support site crews.
• Support in interpretation of drawings and scheduling.
• Assist in material takeoffs and basic engineering calculations.
• Coordinate with project management for reporting and safety.
• Support procurement and change order generation.
