Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or similar.
• 3+ years of civil construction field experience.
• Ability to interface and communicate effectively with others.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily with project crews to review the production schedule and confirm materials, equipment and resources are available for production on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and analyze shop drawings, design specs, material requirements and project data to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Provide input for project work plan and scheduling; identify risks that could impact budget or schedule.
• Evaluate daily production, schedule and budget projections; document activities using approved methods.
