Job summary

Stevens Construction Corp. is a commercial general contractor with self-performed trades of concrete, carpentry, and prefabricated walls. The Field Engineer is aligned with the Project Superintendent career path and learns hands-on in the field to support coordination and on-site operations.

Beginners will assist in coordinating materials, deliveries, equipment, and paperwork while gaining experience in SCC's self-performed trades and overall project management on site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil or Construction Engineering (or related field).
• Ability to read and understand construction documents.
• Field experience in construction trades.
• Knowledge of construction safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Superintendent with coordination of materials and deliveries.
• Assist with equipment, paperwork and manpower on the jobsite.
• Support onsite operations for self-performed trades.
