Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction field or related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review data to determine material and labor requirements.
• Work in the field under direct supervision of the Superintendent; perform concrete/steel/carpentry tasks as needed.
• Coordinate shop drawings with building documents conformance.
• Assist Superintendent in planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
• Consult with clients, vendors, subcontractors to resolve issues; participate in job meetings.
• Coordinate procedures with subcontractors and owners to resolve problems and prevent delays.
• Study project documents for material quantities and dimensions; prepare layout using proper tools.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and report issues to supervisor.
