Job summary

Stevens Construction Corp. in Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager with submittals, RFI’s, drawings, and client communication while tracking production and costs.

You will solicit subcontractor bids, write subcontracts and change orders, develop punch lists with the project team, and coordinate with the superintendent to meet site needs. This role offers growth into a Project Manager position with competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Construction Engineering, or related degree.
• Ability to read and understand construction project documents.
• Experience with project scheduling software.
• Knowledge of construction safety.

• Assist the Project Manager with submittals, RFIs, drawings, project documentation, client communication, production and cost tracking.

• Soliciting and qualifying subcontractor bids and projects scopes, writing subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders and proposals for approval.
• Develop and manage the punch lists with Project Team.
• Coordinate with Superintendent to ensure the jobsite needs are being met.

The Project Engineer role is an entry-level position with the intent of growing into a Project Manager with Stevens!

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Construction Management, Civil or Construction Engineering, or related degree.
