Job summary

Veit & Company, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to join our team. You will coordinate project execution with Project Managers and Superintendents, track production, and manage documentation for complex deep foundation projects across the United States.

This field-based role requires heavy travel (80–100%) to job sites nationwide, with a focus on safety, cost control, and adherence to project specifications. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office Suite and written/oral communication.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced field environment.
• Familiarity with project coordination between field operations and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manages project cost tracking and budget monitoring.
• Coordinates with Project Management, Field Supervisory, and Client teams to identify risks and impacts to schedule.
• Maintains project documentation and submittals; supports safety and QA/QC planning.
