Job summary

GBA Builders is seeking a Field Engineer to support our Field Operations team in Leesburg, VA. You will collaborate with the Superintendent to coordinate daily construction activities, promote safety, and maintain project documentation across projects in the United States.

The role offers hands-on field experience, development of construction management and leadership skills, and requires travel to job sites with a valid driver’s license and OSH/First Aid certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field required.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; First Aid/CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of daily construction activities and schedules.
• Promote jobsite safety and complete project documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
• Support field operations and QA/QC activities on site.
• Travel to project sites as needed and maintain project records.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field

OSHA 30-hour certification
