• Develops work plans and schedules for production.
• Performs laborer tasks as part of a crew (e.g., pipe, excavation, site cleanup).
• Interprets contract plans and specifications.
• Ensures work meets specified requirements and production.
• Documents projects with diary entries, photos, videos, inspections, and reports.
