Responsibilities

• Communicates and reinforces company culture and leadership practices with team members.
• Develops work plans and schedules for production to support crews or projects.
• Performs laborer tasks as part of a crew (e.g., pipe, excavation, site cleanup, painting, maintenance).
• Interprets contract plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met.
• Documents projects through diaries, photos, video, inspections, and reports; maintains CMiC logs.
• Tracks submissions and coordinates approvals; assists in procurement and cost tracking as needed.
