Dean Snyder Construction seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to direct daily activities of crews and supervise projects. The role involves coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors to keep work on schedule.

Responsibilities include developing look‑ahead schedules, maintaining safety standards per OSHA, and ensuring quality while managing budgets and resources. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Eight years of construction and equipment operation experience.
• Two years of lead experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Experience reading blueprints and engineering plans.
• Ability to coordinate with owners, project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of construction crews and supervise projects.
• Develop three‑week look‑ahead schedules and monitor progress.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and on‑site safety at all times.
• Coordinate staffing, material, and subcontractor needs to stay on schedule and budget.
• Attend progress meetings with project manager and owner to align on scope and issues.
• Train, evaluate, and mentor staff; enforce company policies and procedures.
