Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer, Operations Maintenance for 3rd shift. You will provide mechanical and electrical maintenance support for filling, packaging, anaerobe, and bioreactor operations, with emphasis on troubleshooting, PMs, and reliability improvements.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, training, and collaboration with engineering teams to implement performance-enhancing projects and uphold safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in bio/pharma or related industries.
• Experience with electromechanical systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of GMP, safety, and quality practices.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain production equipment to support schedules and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for equipment issues.
• Identify upgrades to improve performance and reliability with approvals.
• Train production and maintenance personnel on electro-mechanical equipment care.
• Support engineering projects involving electro-mechanical applications.
