Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is seeking a Field Engineer, Operations Maintenance to provide mechanical, electrical, and hands-on maintenance support for bioprocess operations. The role focuses on filling, packaging, anaerobe, and bioreactor operations, with hands-on troubleshooting and PM execution.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years mechanical maintenance and basic electrical experience in relevant production environments.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical institute training preferred.
• Supervisory or crew leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains production process equipment to support schedules and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoots and implements corrective actions for performance issues.
• Coordinates with planning to ensure work orders comply with schedules and SOPs.
• Supports engineering projects involving electro-mechanical applications and testing.
