Sundt Construction in Dallas, TX seeks an Entry-Level Project Engineer Assistant to support the project team with drawings, specifications, submittals and change orders. The role involves helping develop as-built drawings, maintain logs, and support cost control and risk management activities.

The position progresses through three steps, offering growth from an entry level to senior responsibilities as experience increases. Proficiency with MS Office and coordination tasks are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical/field experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project documentation.
• Ability to interface and communicate with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Project Engineer with drawing reviews, submittals, RFI responses and change orders.
• Maintains meeting agendas, minutes, and documentation for the project.
• Supports in budgeting, cost control, and forecasts for self-performed work.
• Supports BIM coordination between subs and designers and updates ORD as needed.
• Assists in enforcing the project quality and safety programs on site.
