You will collaborate with global teams, follow fault triage protocols, participate in on-call rotations, and help refine processes to drive efficiency in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Travel 10–15% and shift-based scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, software/hardware fault triage, and repair processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to meet SLAs.
• Clear communication with global teams and structured handovers across locations.
• Deep understanding of safety protocols and incident management.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, including on-call rotations.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site fault triage and resolution to maintain fleet uptime.
• Follow structured fault diagnosis and repair protocols for efficient work.
• Collaborate with field engineers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Respond rapidly to issues, meeting 5-minute response targets for operations.
• Maintain communication with Field Engineering Lead and provide updates on repairs.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide technical support across regions.
• Adhere to safety and compliance protocols in all triage and repair activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying operational challenges.
