Job summary

MSX International is seeking Field Engineers to support dealer technicians on site, identify quality issues and perform root cause analysis. You will document findings and actions, and report shortfalls to OEM teams while collaborating with manufacturing and supplier operations.

Travel nationwide is required for this role. The ideal candidate holds ASE Master Technician Certification (A1-A8) or equivalent experience and can communicate technical information across departments while using MS

Qualifications

• Master ASE certification (A1-A8) or equivalent experience.
• Travel to dealerships in all 50 states.
• Communicate technical information across departments.
• Analyze data and create custom reports.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and related software.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated, adaptable and autonomous with results.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to dealer technicians and resolve product issues.
• Document mission findings and corrective actions taken.
• Record any shortfalls identified during the mission to OEM.
• Collaborate with OEM Manufacturing, Engineering and Supplier Operations.
