Job summary

MSX International seeks an Field Engineer to support dealer technicians on-site and drive root-cause analysis for product issues across the U.S. You will document findings, corrective actions, and any shortfalls identified to OEM stakeholders.

The role requires travel to dealerships nationwide and effective communication with engineering and operations teams. The ideal candidate holds ASE Master Technician credentials or equivalent, can analyze data to generate reports, and works independently

Qualifications

• Master Automobile Technician Certification (A1-A8 ASE) or equivalent proven experience.
• Ability to travel to dealerships in all 50 states.
• Ability to communicate technical information to all departments.
• Ability to analyze data and create custom reports.
• Ability to effectively use MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other customized software.
• Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated, adaptive, and autonomous with the ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Field Engineers are responsible for supporting the identification of quality issues and assistingwith hands‑on root cause analysis, support OEM Manufacturing, Engineering and SupplierOperations.
