Job summary

MSX International is seeking Field Engineers to support dealer technicians and assist with on-site root-cause analysis for OEM manufacturing, engineering and supplier operations. You will identify quality issues and provide hands-on problem solving at customer sites.

You will document findings, corrective actions, and any shortfalls to share with the OEM enterprise. The role requires 5 years automotive experience, Master Technician Certification or equivalent, and the ability to travel to

Qualifications

• Automotive experience is required and Master Technician Certification or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of teaching experience is required.
• Ability to travel to dealerships within a designated area.
• Ability to communicate technical information to all client and dealership levels.
• Ability to analyze data and create custom reports.
• Strong proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to dealer technicians and resolve product issues.
• Document mission findings and corrective actions taken.
• Document any shortfalls identified during the mission to the OEM.
