The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and 0–2 years of construction experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Participation in a federally required training or apprenticeship program, depending upon location (Preferred).
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in all aspects of the project-specific safety plan and culture.
• Learns and actively participates in all aspects of the safety culture with mentoring.
• Works with tools and executes self-perform work embedded with a crew to complete tasks.
• Acquires knowledge about company standards and construction techniques through hands-on training.
• Builds relationships and communicates with trades, foreman, journeymen, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Develops understanding of functions across the company and how each contributes to project success.
• Learns and applies company standards for equipment use in building processes.
• Collaborates with others and demonstrates teamwork.
• Incorporates Lean practices into daily activities.
• Participates in weekly work plans and related meetings.
