Techlink Systems Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer 4 to support on-site laptop and desktop repairs across the Spokane metro area.

You will diagnose hardware and software issues, perform component replacements, and ensure timely ticket closure in the Call Management system. The ideal candidate holds an A+ certification and at least 1 year of hands-on repair experience, with reliable transportation to cover the metro region.

Qualifications

• A+ certification is required.
• 1+ year hands-on repair experience for laptops/desktops.
• Basic knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware and Microsoft applications.

Responsabilités

• Repair laptops and desktops in the Spokane metro area.
• Replace components such as hard drives, motherboards and keyboards.
• Perform whole unit swaps and PC peripheral repairs.
• Maintain reliable transportation for service area coverage.
• Close service tickets in real time using the company Call Management system.
