Job summary

Talentify is seeking an on-site Field Engineer to install, repair, and maintain hardware and software on customer premises. You will ensure systems operate as designed, upgrading where required, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver timely service and customer satisfaction.

You will schedule services, complete required administration, and communicate effectively with customers on product functionality and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Desktop and laptop repair experience.
• Experience with laptop/desktop servers.
• Mac OS (Monterey, Ventura, Sonoma) and Windows OS in a professional setting.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provides full onsite field engineering support for a base of large/complex clients.
• Takes complete ownership of onsite service activity.
• Performs advanced-level maintenance and low-complexity installations.
• Gives technical feedback to improve service delivery.
• Uses advanced tools and knowledge to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installs.

Works collaboratively with technical colleagues to ensure customers receive timely, effective and seamless service. Schedules services, completes all required administration and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.

• Provides the full range of Field Engineering support for an assigned base of large / complex clients.
• Takes complete ownership of onsite service activity.
• Performs advanced-level maintenance on all products, including low-complexity installation activities.
• Provides technical feedback on equipment, systems and processes to improve overall service delivery.
• Uses advanced tools and technical knowledge to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installs.
