Job summary

Working alongside experienced Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers gain hands‑on experience supporting project execution, coordinating subcontractors, tracking progress, maintaining safety and quality standards, and learning how successful construction projects are delivered in the field.

Field Engineer – Build the Foundation for Field Leadership

• Field Engineers support daily field operations while developing a strong understanding of construction execution, coordination, safety, quality, and project planning.
• This role provides the foundation for a long‑term career in construction operations and field leadership.

Assistant Superintendent – Develop Leadership in the Field

• Assistant Superintendents take on greater responsibility for field coordination, subcontractor management, safety compliance, scheduling, and day‑to‑day project execution.

Superintendent – Lead Projects in the Field

• Superintendents are responsible for managing field operations, leading project teams, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and at the highest quality standards.

Operations Leadership – Shape Field Operations Across the Company

• At this level, leaders oversee multiple projects and field teams while helping drive operational excellence, workforce development, safety performance, and long‑term company growth.

Executive Leadership Opportunities
