Project Manager

At Pyramid, the Project Manager role is a key leadership position responsible for guiding construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Project Managers work closely with owners, design teams, subcontractors, superintendents, and company leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

As experienced project leaders, Project Managers oversee financial performance, contract administration, procurement, risk management, and client relationships while helping develop future leaders within the organization. Continued growth within the role creates opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement into broader operational leadership positions.

Project Manager – Lead Projects and Client Relationships
  • Project Managers are responsible for managing budgets, schedules, profitability, risk, subcontractors, and client relationships while leading projects from startup through closeout.
  • This role serves as a key leadership position within Pyramid's project management organization and provides the foundation for broader operational leadership responsibilities.
Senior Project Manager – Lead Complex Projects and Develop Future Leaders
  • Senior Project Managers oversee larger and more complex projects while mentoring project teams, strengthening client relationships, and supporting strategic business objectives.
Operations Leadership – Drive Performance Across Multiple Projects
  • At this level, leaders oversee multiple projects and teams while helping drive operational excellence, workforce development, client satisfaction, and long‑term company growth.
