Job summary

Teceze is seeking an L1 Field Engineer to provide onsite IT support and handle IMAC activities. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware, and relocate workstations as needed.

Responsibilities include performing IMAC on site, installing and configuring equipment, network connectivity setup, documentation of tickets, and coordinating with remote support teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Field/Desktop Support experience.
• Hands-on IMAC experience.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Boise, ID.
