Job summary

Tuesday Health in Dallas, TX is seeking a Field Engagement Specialist to enroll eligible members into our value-based palliative care program. This role bridges members, caregivers, facilities, providers, and clinical teams to ensure informed and successful enrollment.

The FES reports to a supervisor and works toward quarterly enrollment goals. The ideal candidate has experience in value-based care, provider relations, community outreach, and/or healthcare marketing, with strong communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or related field.
• 2+ years in community outreach or healthcare navigation.
• Experience with elderly or Medicaid/Medicare populations preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person outreach at nursing facilities and provider offices.
• Perform telephonic outreach to meet enrollment goals.
• Educate members and caregivers on Tuesday Health services via motivational interviewing.
• Guide enrollment steps and address questions/concerns.
• Schedule initial clinical visits and provide ongoing support.
