Job summary

Baker Tilly International seeks a Field Enablement Manager to accelerate growth by coaching client-facing professionals and translating growth strategies into field execution. You will partner with regional leaders to enable career-long development, leverage Salesforce and Power BI, and drive measurable outcomes across pipeline health and opportunity progression.

The role emphasizes practical coaching, live opportunity coaching, and adoption of the Baker Tilly Way of Selling across regions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in sales enablement/coaching or related field.
Experience in professional services strongly preferred.
Ability to coach senior sellers and influence behavior without direct authority.
Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies (Challenger, SPIN, BANT or similar).
Experience with CRM and sales enablement tech (Salesforce, Highspot, Power BI).

Responsibilities

Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group coaching to principals and client-facing professionals on live opportunities.
Coach sellers across growth motions: new client acquisition, client expansion, referrals.
Help sellers build healthy pipelines and accelerate opportunities from qualification to close.
Coach pursuit teams to identify client needs and differentiate Baker Tilly.
Reinforce the Baker Tilly Way of Selling and methodology (Challenger, SPIN, BANT) in practice.
Facilitate role plays, deal strategy sessions, and feedback to drive behavior change.
Use Salesforce, pipeline data, win rates to measure impact and grow adoption of tools.
Embed Salesforce, Highspot, and Power BI into day-to-day selling and coaching activities.
