Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Dedham, MA is seeking an EMT to transport Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital patients and support transitions across their care environment with compassion and professionalism.

You will operate ambulances, document care, and assist with discharges, in a 36-hour weekly schedule across three 12-hour shifts (Mon-Wed, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM). Onsite work at 1575 Cambridge Street with a strong team culture and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Emergency Medical Technician license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• EMT license (NREMT-Basic) preferred.
• Strong driving record preferred (Class D license).

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Trade/Technical/Vocational Diploma Emergency Medical Technician required

Basic Life Support - required

Emergency Medical Technician [EMT License] required

Emergency Medical Technician [NREMT-Basic] - National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) preferred

EMT Experience 0-1 year preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrated ability to implement clinical care in accordance with outlined policies and procedures.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of practice.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment while working in a stressful environment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to bend, pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful and crisis situations.
