Job summary

Climate Pros, LLC is seeking an experienced Energy Management Systems Foreman to lead EMS installations across multiple states. You will supervise field crews, ensure adherence to project specs, and uphold safety standards on every site.

The role offers substantial responsibility, opportunities for career growth, and frequent travel. You will mentor technicians, coordinate with vendors, and represent Climate Pros’ commitment to quality and reliability in commercial Refrigeration and HVAC

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Commercial EMS experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively for out-of-town projects.
• Flexibility to work both day and night schedules.
• Availability for occasional weekend or holiday work when project needs require it.
• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and field problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to make sound decisions and resolve issues without requiring immediate assistance.
• Comfortable working with technology, including laptops and mobile devices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and support technicians.
• Ability to follow project specifications, installation standards, and directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EMS installations that meet Climate Pros standards and project specs.
• Lead field teams and set an example for workmanship and safety.
• Train and develop newer technicians in the field.
• Maintain safety standards and complete daily time entry and documentation.
• Communicate field conditions and support other project requirements as needed.
