Job summary

Climate Pros, LLC is seeking an EMS Apprentice to start a hands-on career in commercial EMS, refrigeration, and HVAC controls. You will learn alongside experienced technicians on remodeling and new construction projects across multiple states, gaining experience with EMS installation, wiring, devices, and documentation.

No prior EMS experience is required; we value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• No previous commercial EMS experience required.
• Interest in learning EMS, Refrigeration and HVAC controls.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively for out-of-town projects.
• Flexibility to work day and night schedules and weekends when needed.
• Follow directions, safety procedures, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with EMS installation work and field tasks.
• Maintain safety standards on projects.
• Complete daily time entry and required documentation.
• Keep work areas organized and report field conditions.
• Support other project requirements as assigned.
• Communicate professionally with Foremen, technicians, vendors, and staff.
