This in-office role embeds with construction project teams, delivering AI-enabled solutions on active sites while collaborating with project managers, engineers, and field operations. You will develop scalable software and AI workflows, deploy on Google Cloud Platform using Vertex AI, and build RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems to connect drawings, specs, and submittals with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Construction Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Field-Embedded AI Deployment: embed into construction teams to observe and solve frictions on jobsites using AI.
• Agentic Rapid Prototyping: build and test prototypes with velocity using AI tools.
• Cloud Development: design and maintain production solutions on GCP using Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and BigQuery.
• RAG and Agent Development: deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and multi-agent systems.
• Construction Data Integration: connect models and pipelines with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ERPs and document repos.
• Feedback Loop and Scale: translate field insights into scalable enterprise AI solutions.
• Culture Building: promote data-driven decision-making within Ryan's AI culture.
