Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to embed AI into construction projects across the Midwest.

This in-office role at the Minneapolis HQ involves cross-functional work with project teams, rapid prototyping, and deployment of AI solutions on job sites. You will design cloud-based production systems on Google Cloud Platform, collaborate with PMs and field ops, and drive tangible value while traveling 4–5 days monthly.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying generative AI, machine learning or advanced software solutions in enterprise or field environments.
• Advanced proficiency with agentic coding environments and AI harnesses to accelerate software architecture, coding, testing, and delivery.
• Proven experience deploying applications on GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Dataflow) and working with vector databases and multi-agent systems.

Responsabilidades

• Field-Embedded AI Deployment: embed into construction project teams to observe and solve friction points using AI and automation.
• Agentic Rapid Prototyping: build, test, and iterate functional prototypes with velocity.
• Software & AI Engineering: write scalable, robust code for tailored applications and field tools.
• Cloud Development: design and maintain production solutions on GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery).
• RAG and Agent Development: build and deploy retrieval-augmented generation apps and autonomous agents.
• Construction Data Integration: connect solutions into Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ERPs, and document repositories.
• Feedback Loop and Scale: translate field prototypes into enterprise-scale solutions.
• Culture Building: promote data-driven decision-making within Ryan's data and AI culture.
