Job summary

Manpower Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to provide installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment across multiple sites in the United States. You will troubleshoot hardware/software, travel extensively, and lead field projects while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has strong electronics knowledge, the ability to manage complex service scenarios, and a valid driver's license with travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 4-6 years in customer service, field technical support, or related roles.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience in field projects is a plus.
• Experience with electronic testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to emergency and scheduled installation, repair, and inspection assignments.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic equipment and systems.
• Perform diagnostics using testing equipment and apply theory to resolve issues.
• Determine material requirements and develop repair plans.
• Replace faulty components and verify equipment after service.
• Provide technical support to customers and end-users.
• Communicate issues and corrective actions to management.
• Assist customers with remote and onsite troubleshooting.
• Act as project lead on field projects and supervise technicians as needed.
• Install and uninstall application software on Windows-based PCs.
• Complete service documentation and other duties as needed.
