Job summary

Evergreen Fire and Security in Henderson, NV is seeking a Traveling Electronic Security Systems Site Lead who thrives on travel and can lead complex low‑voltage installations at client sites.

You will coordinate with PMs, engineers and technicians, drive project efficiency, oversee testing, commissioning and end‑user training, manage daily schedules and materials, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on each site.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience installing and servicing low-voltage security systems.
• Proven ability to lead crews and run jobs independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to read codes and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite execution from mobilization to turnover.
• Work with PMs, Engineers, Technicians to drive efficiency.
• Identify change orders and field conditions.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and end-user training.
• Manage daily schedules, progress, and materials.
• Direct subcontractors and ensure site alignment.
• Run complex installations with accountability.
• Mentor crews in the field.
• Provide top-notch service and training to customers onsite.
• Ensure safety per state and federal regulations.
• Handle service orders and project administration.
• Perform follow-up for client readiness for inspection.
