Job summary

E80 Group, a multinational specialist in automated intralogistics, seeks a Customer Service Electro-Mechanical Engineer for after-sales support. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance in automation systems and warehouses in the field.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, calibrations, upgrades, and reporting. Travel up to 75% and competitive hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automation and/or material handling industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to other professionals and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• ASE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep all E80 system components running through regular inspections and maintenance.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform corrective maintenance or troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on machines.
• Calibrate or configure individual machines or devices.
• Handle partial or complete upgrades or modifications on outdated systems.
• Prepare reports and spare parts lists after completing work.
• Monitor the E80 system's performance and report issues to managers.
