Adaptec Solutions LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a field service technician to perform installations, preventive maintenance and repairs on electro-mechanical material handling equipment. You will troubleshoot 480V systems, conveyors, lifts, and control panels while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Role requires 3–5 years of mechanical/electrical repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and technical training preferred.
• Must read blueprints and schematics for repair work.
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems and testing tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electro-mechanical equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls, provide 24/7 support as needed.
• Carry out mechanical work including fabricating, welding, and painting.
• Document all work in the Field Service Reports system.
• Maintain safety compliance per OSHA and company policies.
• Communicate issues and timelines clearly with clients and leadership.
