Job summary

All Tech Electric in Lewisville, TX is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities on job sites. You will ensure compliance with project plans, specs, safety regulations, and quality standards while leading crews and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent field experience.
• Master Electrician or Journeyman Electrician License preferred or required depending on jurisdiction.
• Extensive experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices.
• OSHA regulations and jobsite safety requirements understanding.
• Proven leadership supervising multiple crews and projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Legible communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Pre-employment drug test, background and reference checks passable.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical construction activities on job sites.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership to foremen and field crews; mentor apprentices.
• Review plans and schedules with project managers to maintain production goals.
• Inspect work, address deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
• Monitor safety, productivity, and workmanship; enforce policies.
