Job summary

Central Maine Power Co in Augusta, ME is hiring a Supervisor - Electric Line Operations. You will supervise line crews, coordinate electric and gas work, ensure safety standards, and manage schedules, budgets, and customer issues in a on-site setting.

You will lead field operations, interact with customers and agencies, and support maintenance and construction projects while ensuring service reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Associates with 7+ years relevant experience acceptable.
• High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years relevant experience and completion of progression program accepted.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees work of line and gas/electric departments.
• Supervises daily field activities and contractor crews for safe operation.
• Coordinates with local/state agencies and handles safety compliance tasks.
• Assists Technical Services on new construction and rebuilding projects.
• Oversees budgets, billing, and material management; monitors gas records for auditing.
