Job summary

Central Maine Power Co. is seeking a Supervisor for Electric Operations in Brunswick, ME. The role directs field planning, scheduling, service coordination, and back-office processes for SAP-based work orders and material procurement, ensuring safety and adherence to budgets and standards.

The position focuses on overseeing capital and maintenance projects across the T&D network. Responsibilities include guiding field planners and clerks, analyzing design options, and supporting storm

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years relevant experience preferred.
• Associates degree with 7+ years relevant experience or HS/GED with progression program and 10+ years relevant experience.
• Requires expert level project and schedule management; knowledge of budgets and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Planners/Field Engineers, Analysts of Work Planning, Service Coordinators and Clerical staff; balance workload and re-assign work as needed.
• Provide technical support for construction, operation, and maintenance of electric facilities; ensure compliance with policies and budgets and promote customer satisfaction.
• Review project designs; analyze alternatives and justify designs; manage annual Electric Distribution budgets.
• Develop employees; arrange trainings; assist operations with storm restoration; oversee service coordination with contractors and customers.
