Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years relevant experience preferred.
• Strong project management and scheduling skills.
• Knowledge of capital and O&M budgeting, construction principles, safety standards, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises field planners/engineers, analysts of work planning, service coordinators and clerical staff.
• Oversees back-office processes for design prerequisites, purchase requisitions, and work order scheduling.
• Provides technical support for electric T&D operations and storm restoration efforts.
• Ensures work complies with internal and industry standards, budgets, and safety rules.
• Reviews project designs and allocates resources to optimize schedules and costs.
• Manages annual budgets for Electric Distribution and guides labor strategy.
