Sheakley Workforce Staffing is seeking a Site EHS Representative for an on-site role in Washington, DC to support active construction operations and maintain safety compliance. You will perform field inspections, mentor crews, and coordinate with project leadership to enforce federal, state, and local safety requirements.

Formación

• OSHA 30 Certification is required.
• EM385 Certification is required.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of construction safety experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a strong field presence throughout active work areas.
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and project-specific safety requirements.
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate corrective actions.
• Conduct and support safety training activities.
• Reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel and supervision.
• Review work activities and monitor compliance with safety procedures.
• Coordinate safety activities with project management and field leadership.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports.
• Support implementation and enforcement of company safety policies.
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project.
