Job summary

Infinium Energy is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist to support operations across Production, Maintenance, and Laboratory near Pecos, Texas. The role is on a 7 on/7 off schedule, field‑based, requiring hands‑on experience in industrial or oil & gas settings and a proactive safety posture.

You will conduct inspections, manage JSAs/PTW, incident reporting, and training, while ensuring OSHA and EPA compliance and maintaining EHS records.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or Associate Degree in Safety/Environmental Tech or related field.
• 0
• 7+ years of oil & gas or heavy industrial operations experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and environmental management practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and hazard assessments.
• Perform JSAs and PTW reviews for high-risk tasks.
• Coordinate and facilitate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA/JHA).
• Own the incident management system and document corrective actions.
• Support root cause analysis and prepare preliminary incident reports.
• Maintain shift records and EHS documentation.
• Lead safety orientations and training for operations personnel.
• Manage contractor safety compliance.
